The AMWU is a democratic organisation and we conduct regular elections for our office holders.

Elections are conducted by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC).

Nominations have now opened for the following vacant positions:

Victoria - Metals and Engineering Division;

WA - Printing Division.

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the registered rules of the AMWU, must reach the appropriate Returning Officer not later than 12 noon on 6 February 2012.
